Marti retired from Franklin Electric after 23 years. She and Jim were married on June 18, 1955 in Bluffton and have 5 daughters, Deb, Rita, Shirley, Kathy & Linda. They have nine grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren. Three brothers and one sister survives. A grandchild Shane Mettler and a great-grandchild Trevor Smith preceded her.
