William E. DeHoff, 70, of Bluffton, died at 11:47 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2009, at Lutheran Hospital. Mr. DeHoff was born in Portland on April 16, 1938 to Clarence P. and Bernice (Schelecty) DeHoff. He married Sonja K. Hiday in Pennville on Aug. 28, 1960; she survives. Other surviving relatives include two sons, Scott (Rita) DeHoff of Craigville and Steve DeHoff of Bluffton and one daughter, Michelle (Dave) Langdon of Plymouth. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at the Goodwin Memorial Chapel in Bluffton with Pastor Gary Aupperle officiating. Calling hours will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial is at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, in Pennville.
