William J. "Bill" Davidson, 62, of Poneto, died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, at the Meadowvale Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Davidson was born March 7, 1950, at Bluffton, to Thomas Davidson and Nondus Cain Davidson. He married Patricia A. Fuller Sept. 11, 1976, at Poneto; his wife survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Rebecca L. (Brian) Gard of Huntington; a grandson; and two sisters, Joanne Wentz of Marion and Peggy Dick of Monroe. He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Davidson and Richard Davidson. There are no services planned at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
