Virginia R. Williams, 66, Bluffton, died Monday at 8:42 p.m. at Bluffton Regional Medical Center. She was born April 30, 1947, in LaFayette, Ga., to David and Ethel Martin Holder. She married Richard H. Williams June 7, 1965, in Bluffton; he survives. Virginia was a homemaker and loved working in her flower garden at her home. She was a member of Kings Highway Tabernacle in Bluffton. Survivors include a daughter, Angela (fiance Joe Haffner) Williams of Henderson, Ky.; a son, Michael W. Williams of Bluffton; a grandson, Kurtis W. Berry of Henderson, Ky.; and a sister, Evelyn Hall of Bluffton. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Diane Mahon and Lelia Nicholson. A service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel, 3220 E. Ind. 124 in Bluffton, with James L. Poling officiating. Calling hours are Thursday frorm 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Friday one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Murray Cemetery, Murray.
