Vera Ellen Patrick, 72, of Uniondale, died at 6:50 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at Muncie. Mrs. Patrick was born in Milford on March 12, 1937 to Edward and Viola (Wenger) Berkey. She married Dana Patrick; he preceded her in death. Surviving relatives include two daughters, Marsha K. Richards of Tucson, Ariz. and Karen S. Woods of Heritage, Tenn.; one son, Kenneth Dan Patrick of Beacon, N.Y.; and one brother, Warren (April) Berkey of Uniondale. There will be no calling. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, at Life Community Church in Bluffton with Kent Ringger officiating. Cremation will follow.
