Trudella J. "Trudy" Bowsman, 73, of Vera Cruz, passed away Thursday afternoon, Apr. 19, 2018, at Markle Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Trudy was born in New Castle, IN, on Sept. 5, 1944, to George and Hellen (Faine) Brown.  Her parents preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Chrysler Memorial High School in New Castle.

Survivors include her sons, John (Tina) Bowsman of Anderson, Tracy Bowsman of Vera Cruz, Eddie (Lisa) Bowsman of Santee, CA, Crazy Larry of Vera Cruz, Sam Tenpenny of Muncie, and Isaiah Jolley of New Castle; several grandchildren, including Christin Pierce, Christopher Pierce, and Erik Brialey, and several great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Randy (Connie) Brown of Greensboro, and Dennis (Kathy) Brown of New Castle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John W. Brown.

A celebration of life service will be announced at a later time.
