Sarah J. Reinhard, 95, of Bluffton, passed away Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 12, 2018, at Bluffton Regional Medical Center.

Sarah was born in Wells County on Jan. 2, 1923, to Ernest and Elizabeth (Kipfer) Pulfer. She married Donald G. Reinhard in Leo on June 6, 1954. He preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 1994.

She worked at General Electric for 23 years and then for 13 years at Franklin Electric where she retired from in 1989. Sarah was also a homemaker and was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church . She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers. Sarah loved spending her time with family. She also spent her time cooking, baking, fishing and doing puzzles.

Survivors include a son, Doyle (Rachel) Reinhard of Bluffton; a daughter, Marcia (Robert) Steffen of Decatur; 6 grandchildren and 19 great – grandchildren with one on the way in February.

In addition to her parents and husband, Sarah was preceded in death by one sister, Irene Pulfer; four brothers, Amos, Lester, Raymond and Sylvon Pulfer.

Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018 from 12:00 – 6:00 PM, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018, at 10:30 AM, at the Apostolic Christian Church East, with one hour of visitation prior to the service. John Reinhard and Chad Gerber will officiate. Burial will follow at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery.
