Russell Roberts, 82, of Bluffton, passed away at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at Meadowvale Health and Rehabilitation. Mr. Roberts was born July 20, 1930, in Champaign, Ill., to Elmore Roberts and Virdie (Anderson) Roberts. He married Betty Jean Morrow; she preceded him in death Jan. 13, 2004. Surviving relatives include two sons, David R. (Therese) Roberts of Markle and Ron. A. (Susan) Roberts of Craigville; and one sister, Grace (Robert) Johnson of Jaybez, Ky. Mr. Roberts was also preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. No services are planned. Private burial will be at Horeb Cemetery in Wells County.
