Ronald K. "Ron" Goodwin Sr., 68, of Bluffton, passed away on Thursday afternoon, Aug. 20, 2020, at his residence.

Ron was born in Bluffton on Oct. 24, 1951.  His parents, Donald B. Goodwin and Mary A. (Stotlar) Wilkinson preceded him in death.

Ron was a member of the Bluffton Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 242 and long-time member of the American Legion Post 111 in Bluffton.  He loved playing pool and bowling and was a sports enthusiast.  He especially enjoyed watching tennis and was a big Indianapolis Colts fan.

Survivors include his son, Ron K. (Chelsea) Goodwin Jr. of New Palestine; two brothers, Don R. Goodwin and John W. Goodwin, both of Bluffton; and five grandchildren, Summer Goodwin, Allison Goodwin, Wyatt Merriman, Eli Goodwin, and Sophia Goodwin.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020, from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M., at Goodwin - Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton, with a memorial service immediately following at 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.  Pastor Clark Stoller will officiate.  Private burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery in Bluffton.
