Along with the co-owner with his brother Steve in the Stucky Furniture Store for over 28 years, Rick was active in numerous community activities. He was a 1965 Adams Central graduate, 1969 Huntington College grad and received a Masters degree from Ball State University. He had taught Business Adminstration at Bellmont High School for 9 years before entering in his father's furniture business with Steve.
