Ralph E. Schreiber, 71, of Bluffton, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at his residence. He was born Sept. 9, 1943, in Bluffton to Carl P. and Devona Kyle Schreiber. Survivors include a brother, Fred (Mamie) Schreiber of Bridgeport, Wash. Private services will be held and burial will be at Fairview at a later date.
