Perry M. Ziko, age 44 of Ft. Wayne, passed away Saturday afternoon, Sept. 14, 2019.

Perry was born in Ft. Wayne on Aug. 29, 1975, to Joseph M. Ziko and Brenda Palmeter.  His father survives in Ft. Wayne.

Survivors include a son, Damon Ziko of Bluffton; two brothers, Tony Joseph "T.J." Ziko and Johnny Ziko, both of Ft. Wayne; and a sister, Tina (Matt) Herzler of Columbus.

Perry was preceded in death by his mother.

Private family services for Perry are being held.  Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family, in care of the funeral home.
