Patricia "Patty" K. Roller, 73, of rural Uniondale, passed away Thursday morning, Sept. 4, 2025, at Ossian Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Patty was born in Bluffton on Aug. 28, 1952, to Roger and Mary Ann (Huffman) Gerwig. Patty married Jack W. Roller in Liberty Center on Aug. 23, 1975; he preceded her in death on Apr. 29, 2020.

She graduated from Southern Wells High School in 1970. She then went on to receive an associate degree in dental hygiene from Indiana University and worked as a dental hygienist for many years at dental offices in the Bluffton and Ft. Wayne area. Patty was also an integral part of the family farm, helping Jack however she could. She attended St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Uniondale for many years.

She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family. Her greatest joy in life was making memories with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her kindness and love, selfless caregiving, and dry sense of humor.

She is survived by a daughter, Mandy McGuire of Madison, WI.; a sister Peggy Cobbum of Ossian, IN, along with five grandchildren, Jakson, Hudson, and Mason Roller, and Madeline and Josephine McGuire. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack and son, Nick.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, from Noon until 3:00 PM, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton, followed immediately by a funeral service at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Jarrod Ball officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
