Patricia Ann (Connett) Brown, 61, of Bluffton, passed away at 3:05 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born Aug. 18, 1953 to William S. and Dena (Hammonds) Connett, she married Richard Brown on July 1, 1995 in Zanesville; he passed away June 9, 1998 . She was a Home Health Aide with the Lutheran Health Network and was a member of Life Community Church in Bluffton and the Bluffton Moose Lodge. She never met a stranger, and enjoyed Halloween, known as "The Heckling Witch on South Street." She loved being a caregiver to everyone and loved her grandchildren. She is survived by a son, Joseph R. (Rachel) Earl of San Tan Valley, Ariz.; two daughters, Christina M. Stoyanoff (fiance, Randy Czykoski) of Fort Wayne and Melissa S. (Adam) Pearson of Bluffton; a step-daughter, Amy Brown (fiance, Ben Browden) of Fort Wayne; four brothers, William (Suzy) Connett, Ossian, Larry (Connie) Connett, Ossian, Donald (Cheryl) Connett, Fort Wayne and Richard Connett, Poneto; two sisters, Donna Cleland, Richland, S.C., and Tamara Hofstetter, Poneto; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barb Davison. Services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lyle Breeding and Pastor Lane Sander officiating.
