Neal Vaughn, 47, of Bluffton, passed away Thursday evening, Dec. 29, 2016, at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne.

Born in Bluffton on July 26, 1969, to Howard Vaughn Sr. and Hedy (Lewis) Vaughn, his mother survives in Bluffton.  Neal married Cynthia "Cyndi" (Simmons) Hall in Wells County on Jan. 5, 2013; she survives.

Neal graduated from Bluffton High School.  He was loved by everyone and will be remembered as someone who would do anything for anybody.

In addition to his wife and mother, Neal is survived by a son, Connor Vaughn of Fairport Harbor, OH; and four daughters, Emilah Vaughn of Fairport Harbor, OH, Chaprell (John) Kelty of Ft. Wayne, Ariana Hall (boyfriend Marcus Coyle) of Ft. Wayne; and Jenna Hall of Uniondale; and four grandchildren, Maddison Patnoude, Paisley Kelty, Denver Hall, and Louchian Hall.  He was also survived by two brothers, Howard (Makaye) Vaughn Jr. and Bill (Rhonda) Vaughn, both of Bluffton; and two sisters, Ellen (Tim) Hobbs and Perlina Kay Kramer, both of Bluffton.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017, from 1:00 until 4:00 PM, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, immediately following the visitation, at the funeral home, at 4:00 PM, with Rev. Steven McPeek officiating.

Memorial contributions in Neal's memory may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
