Nancy A. Franze, 77, of Bluffton, passed away Wednesday evening, Dec. 16, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

Born on July 12, 1938, in Bluffton, IN, to Howard and Ruth (Brinkman) Bowman, she married Bob Franze on Sept. 1, 1956 in Bluffton; he preceded her in death on June 30, 1972.

Nancy is survived by two sons, Steve (Lea) Franze and Hans Franze, both of Decatur; two daughters,
Carly Franze- Eltzroth of Bluffton and Robin (Jerry) Lane of Liberty Center; 5 grandchildren, Adam Franze, Angie Hamilton, Kyle Franze, Chad Bleeke, and Scott Bleeke, 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Bowman of Stroh; and a sister, Beck Mounsey of Bluffton.

In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy was preceded in death by a brother, John Bowman, and a sister, Mary Alice Bennett.

Family and friends may gather to share memories and celebrate Nancy's life on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, from 2:00 until 4:00 PM, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.
