Mary Ann Gerber, 72, of Bluffton, passed away early Wednesday morning, Dec. 12, 2018, at Christian Care Retirement Community.

Mary was born on June 13, 1946, in Decatur, IN, to Martin L. and Marguerite Ann (Meiss) Kipfer.  Both parents preceded her in death.

A 1965 graduate of Berne French H.S, she went on to graduate from International Business College in Ft. Wayne in 1967.  After graduating from I.B.C., she went to work for National Oil and Gas in Bluffton until 1974, when she decided to stay at home to raise her children.

In 1986 Mary went to work at Bi-County Services in Bluffton, retiring in 2014.  She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church and enjoyed gospel music, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Tina (David) Gaddini of Hebron, IL, and Mariah (Matt) Hartman of Bluffton; a son, Mitch Gerber of Ft. Wayne; three sisters, Ruth Baumgartner, Lois (Jerry) Drayer, and Elaine Kipfer, all of Bluffton; and four grandchildren, Regan, Ben, and Rileigh Gaddini, and Hadley Hartman.

Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, from 2:00 until 8:00 PM, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.  Services will be Saturday. Dec. 15, 2018, at 10:00 AM, at the Bluffton North Apostolic Christian Church, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.  Ron Kipfer and Tim Drayer will officiate.  Burial will follow at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery.
