Marjorie Jane Ringger, age 90, of Bluffton, passed away Saturday evening, April 15, 2017, at Christian Care Retirement Community.

Born in Wells County on July 15, 1926, to John and Olga Speheger Frauhiger, Marjorie married Bill Ringger at the Apostolic Christian Church in Bluffton on Nov. 25, 1945; he survives.

Marjorie was a homemaker who enjoyed baking cookies and especially spending time with her grandchildren.  She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church.

In addition to her husband, Marjorie is survived by three daughters, Colleen Landrum of Bluffton, Claudia Ringger of Decatur, and Shelley (John) Brickley of Bluffton; three sons, Deryll (Annette) Ringger of Ft. Wayne, Ked (Shelley) Ringger of Decatur, and Kendall (Sandy) Ringger of Bluffton; 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; a sister, Rose Ringger of Berne; and a brother, Tom (Rose) Frauhiger of Bluffton.

Aside from her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by a great-grandson; a sister, Mildred Gerber; and three brothers, Loren, Leonard, and Herb Frauhiger.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Apr. 18, 2017, from 1:00 until 8:00 PM at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.  Services will be held Wednesday, Apr. 19, at 10:30 AM, at the Apostolic Christian Church East, with one hour of visitation prior to the service at the church.  Vince Pfister and Jeff Leman will officiate.  Burial will be at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Adams County.

Memorial contributions may be given to Christian Care Retirement Community.
