Margaret H. Williams, 99, of Bluffton, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 9, 2014, at River Terrace Estates in Bluffton. Born on December 18, 1914, in Wells County, to Jacob and Pearl (Wolf) Shady, she married Merl A. Williams in Wells County on Feb. 11, 1933; he preceded her in death on June 28, 2011. Margaret had attended Lancaster Central High School and had also attended Park United Brethren Church. She was a homemaker. Margaret is survived by two daughters, Carolyn (Les) Meyer of Bluffton, IN, and Marcia (Joe) Watkins of Fort Wayne, IN; two sons, Dean (Lois) Williams of Coldwater, MI, and Kevin (Lori) Williams of Fort Wayne, IN; along with 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. Aside from her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Chester Shady; and four sisters, Thelma Shoup, Eunice Prough, Mable Sonnenberg, and Edith Byerly. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 11, 2014, from 2:00 until 8:00 P.M., at Goodwin - Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel. Services will held Wednesday, at 10:00 A.M., at the funeral home, with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Jerry Qualls will be officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery in Ossian, IN. Memorial contributions may be given to Family LifeCare, of Berne, IN.
