Macie Stiltner, 93, of Keystone, passed away Sunday evening, September 20, 2026, at her residence.

Macie was born in Phelps, KY, to Lincoln and Ethel Mae (Wolford) Stiltner. She married Lonnie Lloyd Phillips, he preceded her in death on Apri 4, 1954. She later married Andrew F. Stiltner on July 29, 1955, in Ossian, he preceded her in death on June 5, 2011.

Macie worked for Sheller-Globe in Montpelier and later worked for many years at the Caylor - Nickel Clinic. Additionally, she was a caregiver to many within her community. She loved canning, especially her green beans and tomatoes. She was an avid fan of the Kentucky Wildcats basketball, she also loved NASCAR and bluegrass music. Macie was a musician and enjoyed playing the guitar and piano. She was very particular about keeping her car clean as well. Macie had a great sense of humor and was always trying to make others smile. She attended the Domestic Church of Christ.

Survivors include three daughters, Brenda (Michael) Cottrell of Bluffton, Peggy Close of Markle, Vivian (Steve) Herman of Keystone; two sons, Jeffrey (Chris Ann) Stiltner of Fort Wayne and Bruce Stiltner of Keystone; two grandchildren, Clinton Close and Kaitlin (Fiancé Cole) Stiltner; along with a son-in-law Wayne Close.

In addition to her husbands and parents, Macie was preceded in death by five brothers, six sisters, and a grandchild, Samantha Grace Stiltner.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM, at Goodwin – Harnish Funeral Home in Bluffton, followed immediately by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Pastor Mark Dauterman will officiate. Burial will follow at Alberson Cemetery in Geneva.
