M. Louise Stutlz, 83, of Bluffton, died at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 at Ossian Health & Rehabilitation Center. Born on June 30, 1929, in Norton, Va. to Noah and Mary (Gilmer) Gilly, she married Charles Jay Stultz on Apr. 4, 1946, in Fort Wayne; he died in Oct., 1983. She is survived by a son, Richard Stultz of Bluffton; a daughter, Connie Brookhaus of New Haven; four sisters, JoAnn Smith, Crossville, Tenn., Edith Watkins, Pennville, Nadine (Billy) Ray, Albany, and Faye (John) Horn, Fuquay Verina, N.C.; two brothers, Harold Gilly, Spokane, Wash. and Larry (Karen) Gilly of Bluffton; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mabrey Andrews. There will be no calling. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Pennville.
