Wayne "Leon" Martin, 77, of Warren, IN, and formerly of Bluffton, passed away Friday morning, July 15, 2016, at Heritage Pointe, in Warren.

Leon was born in Dugger, IN, on Oct. 18, 1938, to Wayne and Dovie (Murphy) Martin; his parents preceded him in death.

Leon had attended Sullivan High School and later served in the United States Navy.  He was a member of the American Legion Post 253 of North Webster, IN.

Survivors include a sister, Sharon (Steve) Couch of Warren; and two brothers, Larry Martin of Punta Gorda, FL, and Orval (Gail) Ravellette of Sherwood, Ark; along with severaal nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Leon was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Flater.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at Goodwin - Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.  A memorial service to celebrate Leon's life will be held immediately following visitation at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Gerald Moreland officiating.  Burial will at Fairview Cemetery in Bluffton.
