Kathryn A. Campbell Disler, 92, Bluffton, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at Swiss Village Retirement Community in Berne. She was born Aug. 7, 1921, in Berne to Jacob Mazelin and Florence King Mazelin. She married Frank Disler Aug. 25, 1973, in Homossassa Springs, Fla.; he preceded her in death. Kathryn was a waitress at Dutch Mill and owner of Katie's Kitchen in Homossassa Springs, Fla. She was also a volunteer at the clinic for 20 years. Kathryn loved quilting and playing cards. She was a member of the First Church of Christ in Bluffton and the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 111. Survivors include three daughters, Pat Miller of Fort Wayne, Claudia Campbell of Bluffton, and Sandy (Ron) Oswalt of Bluffton; one son, Bill Campbell of Germany; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dale L. Campbell, June 21, 1986; two sons, Richard and Jackie Campbell; two sisters, Rebecca Keegan and Mary Frauhiger; and two brothers, Dan Mazelin and Ray Mazelin. Kathryn was the last of her family. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 16, at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Pastor Roy Nevil officiating. Calling hours are from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 15, and one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mazelin Cemetery in Adams County.
