Ka Chun Tam, age 72, passed away Saturday morning July 23, 2016, at Summit City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Ft. Wayne, IN.
Mr. Tam was born in China on Feb. 9, 1944. He is survived by two sons, James (Emily) Tam of Ft. Wayne and Chuck (Stacy) Tam of Bluffton.
