Jordan D. Gillum, 23, of Bluffton, passed away Monday, June 20, 2016, at his residence.
Jordan was born Feb. 27, 1993, in Bluffton. His father Kevin D. Gillum survives in Petroleum and his mother Stephanie J. Hunnicutt (Michael) Jones survives in Naples, Fla.
He was a 2011 graduate of Southern Wells and was a member of Carnes Crazies at Southern Wells High School. He played baseball, basketball and football in junior high at Southern Wells. He was employed by Bluffton Motor Works for 3.5 years and at the Kroger store in Bluffton for three years. He attended Dillman United Brethren Church and Harvest Time Bible Church.
Jordan enjoyed the world of gaming, World of Warcraft, Star Craft and Halo. He enjoyed working out at Anytime Fitness with friends and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include a brother, Darren M. Gillum of Bluffton; three sisters, Kirtlyn M. Noble of Poneto, Raymie J. Jones of Naples, Fla., and Jazlyn D. Gillum of Petroleum; and grandparents, Sam and Janet Gillum of Keystone and Fred and Paula Hunnicutt of Bluffton.
A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 24 at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Paula Hunnicutt and Pastor Tony Robles officiating.
Calling hours are Thursday from noon to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery in Bluffton.
Memorials may be made to the Bluffton Motor Works Scholarship Fund.
