Jo Ann Eubank, 82, Huntertown, died at 6:03 a.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Parkview North Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Wells County on May 26, 1928 to Jacob and Florence (Jones) Houdyshell, she was a 1946 graduate of Bluffton High School and a member of the Park United Brethren Church. She worked at the Toll Gate Motel for more than 35 years. "She was always a good friend." Survivors include a daughter, Sharon (Ola) Mullins of Fort Wayne; two sons, Kenneth (Nan) Eubank of Huntertown and Timothy Eubank of Bluffton; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bud, Russ and Dick Houdyshell; her sisters, Moxie Meyers, Violet Miller and Betty Mohler; and one granddaughter. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31 at Goodwin Memorial Chapel with Rev. James Poling officiating. Calling hours there will be from 2 to 8 p.m.Thursday and for one hour prior to the service Friday. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to the National Parkinson Foundation.
