James “Jim” R. Plummer, 78, of rural Bluffton, passed away Monday evening, July 27, 2026, at his residence.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 3:00 until 7:00 PM, at Goodwin – Harnish Funeral Home in Bluffton. A memorial service will be on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home, with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Private interment will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Bluffton.
