Hope Elaine Turner, 39, of Meadville, Miss., passed away Oct. 12, 2013. She was born Sept. 18, 1974, in Bluffton to Billy G Turner and Gloria Jean Wolfenberger Baublet; they survive in Bluffton. She attended Bluffton High School and was a homemaker. Additional survivors include two daughters, Avaina Brown of Meadville, Miss., and Kayelynn Banks-Baublet of Bluffton; stepmother, Annette Turner of Bluffton; sister, Stacey Turner of Bluffton; stepbrother, Dale Turner of San Diego, Calif.; and brother, Kevin Turner of Plainfield. A service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton with Arley Higginbotham officiating. Calling hours are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday prior to the service. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Wells County Food Bank or the American Legion Post 111.
