Helen Lucille Ford, age 91 of Whitney, Texas, passed away peacefully Monday, May 24, 2010, at Hillcrest Hospital in Waco, Texas. Mrs. Ford was born on April 19, 1919, in Keystone, Indiana to James Elmer and Myrtle (Hammond) Wilson. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Wayne Bauserman and Arthur Ford. Survivors include two daughters, Linda (Ray) Howell and Debi (Steve) Brooks; two grandchildren, Shawn (Stacy) Spicer and Dawn Sharp; and three great-grandchildren, Garrett, Caleb, and Bryson. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Lucas Sylvania Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Worth, Texas, on Thursday, May 27, 2010, with Jim McDoniel officiating. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the serivce, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Bluffton, Indiana. The Goodwin Memorial Chapel is taking care of local arrangements.
