Glenn A. Borror Jr., 64, of Hoagland, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016, at Lutheran Hospital.

Glenn was born April 4, 1952, in Wells County to Glenn A. Borror Sr. and Patricia C. Holmes. He married Donna J. Benzinger in Reiffsburg Aug. 9, 1997; she survives.

He worked at Corning Glass in Bluffton and was a member of the Local Union 103 Heavy Equipment Operators and was disabled for the past 15 years. He was a 1970 graduate of Southern Wells High School and attended Living Water United Church in Bluffton.

Glenn enjoyed fishing and hunting, was an avid antique collector and had a "great love for animals."

Survivors include a son, Jamie (Amber) Eltzroth of Bluffton; a stepdaughter, Laura (Matthew) Adams of Berne; three grandchildren, Krystal Benzinger, Kyler Adams and Keaton Adams; two great-grandchildren, Xavier and Zayleigh; two brothers, Richard "Rich" (Karla) Borror of Liberty Center, and Randy (Kelly) Borror of Fort Wayne; and his mother-in-law, Doris L. Berzinger of Monroeville.

He was preceded in death by a son, Matthew J. Herring in 2003.

A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Pastor Clark Stoller officiating. Calling hours are from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, and at 9:30 a.m. to the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Old Salem Cemetery in Wells County.

Memorials may be made to the Living Water United Church of Bluffton.
