GAYLORD L. MOUNSEY, 87, passed away Tuesday, Sept 1, 2015. Born Oct. 15, 1927, in Wells County, he was a son of John V. and Ople (Schemerhorn) Mounsey. His first marriage was to Carol Jean Anderson who passed Sept 20, 1957. He was married to the former Crystal Blocker on July 26, 1958 in Berne; she passed in 2013. Gaylord worked for 33 years at Franklin Electric; was a member of Park United Brethren Church; was a veteran of the U.S. Navy; and a member of the American Legion Post 111. Surviving are two brothers, Edgar (Carolyn) Mounsey of Ocala, Fla. and Jerry Mounsey of Keystone; and two sisters, Wilma Satterfield of Lexington, Tenn. and Jeanette (Max) Haffner of Lafeyette, Ind. Service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept 8, 2015, at Goodwin - Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel, 3220 East State Road 124, Bluffton.
