Robert Studabaker, 91, rural Bluffton, passed away at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Christian Care Retirement Community. Born in Wells County on March 16, 1922 to Clinton and Grace (Warner) Studabaker, he married Emma W. Hollenbaugh on April 14, 1946 in Bluffton; she passed away Sept. 30, 2008. He was a lifelong farmer. Survivors include a brother,Hugh Studabaker of Bluffton; and 23 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Max, James and Clinton "Brownie'Studabaker; and three sisters,Mae Taylor, Betty Zimmerman, and Alice Schaefer. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 28 at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Rev. Devin Cook officiating. Calling hours there are Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Six Mile Cemetery, Bluffton.Preferred memorials are to Family LifeCare and Christian Care Retirement Community.
