When in her role as Activity Director, Elizabeth's creative talents and energy were evident.
Creativity and imagination were important to Elizabeth throughout her life. She enjoyed a variety of crafts. Summers frequently involved landscaping and gardening projects. As a young mother, her creative talents were evident during educational adventures with her son. Skills as a seamstress were displayed in the wonderful costumes she made for him. As her parents aged, she utilized her skills to keep them engaged in the world. She involved her mother in outings to keep her active.
