Eileen A. Hall-Billington, 90, of Decatur and formerly of Bluffton, passed away Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, at Markle Health Care. Eileen was born April 30, 1924, in Huntington County to Raymond Krieg and Anna Hause Krieg. She married Rev. James H. Hall in Wabash Sept. 21, 1946; he preceded her in death April 21, 1991. She married Harold Billington June 7, 2001 in Bluffton; he survives. Eileen worked at Corning Glass Works for 12 years. She attended St. John United Family Worship Center. Survivors include two sons, Wayland (Linda) Stepp of Memphis, Tenn. and Thomas (Elaine) Hall of Decatur; two daughters, Deborah Smith of Minnesota and Cheryl Maller of Bluffton; a sister, Delores Peck of Fort Wayne; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Steven Hall; grandchildren, Chad E. Frantz, Brenda K. Bynum and Larry Stepp; and siblings, Emil, Nyle, Wayland "Flip" Krieg and Betty Jump. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Rev. Don Rentschler officiating. Calling hours are from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Family LifeCare.
