Dorothy E. Fosnaugh, 91, rural Bluffton, died at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Meadowvale Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Bluffton on April 1, 1920 to Harold and Elsie C. (Crum) Ivins, she married Max E. Fosnaugh on April 12, 1941 in Bluffton; he died Sept. 15, 2003. A 1938 graduate of Bluffton High School, Mrs. Fosnaugh was a housewife. She was a member of the Living Water United Church and the Nottingham Township Home Ec Club. Survivors include a son, Phillip E. (Carol) Fosnaugh of Keystone; two grandsons, Mark Fosnaugh and Michael (Briana) Fosnaugh; and a great grandson, Lucas Fosnaugh. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane E. Fosnaugh in 1994 and a brother, Harold E. Ivins, Jr. Calling hours are Sunday from noon until 6 p.m. at Goodwin Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Elm Grove Cemetery with John Habegger officiating. Preferred memorials are to Bi-County Services or Living Water United Church.
