Deloris L. "Dee" Bolenbaugh, 75, Bluffton, died at 2:45 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009, at her residence. Mrs. Bolenbaugh was a homemaker. She was born Feb. 15, 1934, in Fort Wayne, to Virgil and Lula Ross Donovan. She married Robert A. Bolenbaugh Nov. 24, 1951; her husband survives. Also surviving are a son, Robert Bolenbaugh Jr. of Milton, Fla.; two daughters, Lori Henry and Tammy Melching, both of Bluffton; her longtime companion Larry Cook, also of Bluffton; five grandchildren, Ben Bolenbaugh of Tennessee, Daniela Bolenbaugh of Florida, Nicole Duncan of Mississippi, and Ashley Henry and Tori Melching, both of Bluffton; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty King of Decatur. Three sisters, Helen Boylan, Joann Mason, and Edna Jeffrey, and a son-in-law, Charles E. Henry II, preceded her in death. There will be no calling or services. Cremation is planned. Preferred memorials are to the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home of Fort Wayne.
