Debora L. Osborn, 54, of Bluffton, passed away Wednesday morning, July 13, 2016, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.

Born in Portland, IN, on Aug. 16, 1961, to Edward Mast Sr. and Maude (Potter) Mast, Deb married Kevin A. Osborn in Uniondale, IN, on Oct. 18, 1998; he survives.

Deb was a 1979 graduate of Jay County High School and had co-owned two businesses with her husband, D & K Vending, LLC and O Fix It, LLC.  For the past three years, she had been working as a cook at the Wells County Jail.  She enjoyed camping, cooking, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Deb is survived by two daughters, Jeslynn C. (fiancé Wesley Smith) Ruble and Jessica M. (Kevin) Seago, both of Bluffton; a son, Brody A. (Cherish) Ruble of Bluffton; four grandchildren, Wyatt, Eli, Parker, and Bridget; a sister, Diane (Eric) Romine of Chattanooga, TN; and two brothers, Edward (Barbara) Mast Jr. of Winchester, and Ralph Mast of New Paris.

Deb was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 16, 2016, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.  Services will be held immediately following visitation at 2:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home, with Rev. Lyle Breeding officiating.  Burial will be at Prospect Cemetery in Uniondale at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home or the Bluffton Fraternal Order of Firefighters.
