Daniel L. Tarr, 57, of Bluffton, passed away Tuesday morning, May 29, 2018, at Bluffton Regional Medical Center.

Daniel was born in Bluffton on Jan. 11, 1961, to Daniel J. Tarr and Carolyn S. (Sills) Stout.  His mother survives in Bluffton.

He was a 1979 graduate of Norwell High School and retired from Johnson Controls in Ossian.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Dale C. Turner of La Jolla, CA; and a brother, Dale L. (Jeramie) Tarr of Ossian.

Aside from his father, Daniel was preceded in death by a sister, Amy E. Stout.

Friends and family are welcome to join for a visitation on Saturday, June 2, 2018, from 9:00 until 11:00 AM, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.  Burial will be at Mossburg Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
