Carolyn Rose Wehner, age 85, of Bluffton, passed away Wednesday morning, June 26, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN.

Carolyn was born on Sept. 16, 1938, in Bluffton, to Frank and Ethel (Gentis) Neff, both parents preceded her in death. She married Robert "Keith" Wehner on July 27, 1958, he survives in Bluffton. Carolyn graduated from Bluffton High School in 1956. She attended Lutheran School of Nursing in Ft. Wayne, graduating as an LPN. Carolyn worked in various medical facilities, retiring in 2000. She was a member of the First Reformed Church in Bluffton and the Eastern Star. Carolyn enjoyed playing golf, dancing, traveling and using her skills as a seamstress.

In addition to her husband of 65 years, she is survived by four children, Gayle (Mark) Foglesong of Mountain Home, ID,  Tammy (Craig) Wolfcale of Bluffton, IN, Lisa Joann Wehner of Spokane, WA and Jim (Jolyn) Wehner of Atlanta, GA, 14 grandchildren and 18 grt. grandchildren.

In addition to Carolyn's parents, she was preceded in death by two sibling's, Ned Neff and Phyllis Wolfcale.

In accordance with Carolyn's wishes, there will be no public services at this time. A celebration of life service will be held later this summer. Burial will take place at a later date.
