Carol Ann Timmons, 50, of Monroe, passed away Tuesday evening, October 21, 2014, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur. Born in Bluffton, IN, on October 4, 1964, to Bob and Martha (Heller) Walburn, Carol married Tim Timmons in Bluffton on October 24, 1987; he survives. Carol was a 1982 graduate of Bluffton High School. She and her husband founded Camp EZ:33 in Berne for eight years as well as serving as the coordinator of the National Day of Prayer in Wells County. She was also involved with children's ministry at The Bridge Community Church in Berne. She was a loving mother, wife, sister, and friend, and most importantly, a follower of Jesus. She had a servant's heart and served with Relay for Life, Hope Clinic, and Hospice Care in Adams Co. Additional survivors include one daughter, Allison Timmons of Monroe; two sons, Evan (Lindsey) Timmons and Nathan Timmons, both of Monroe; along with two sisters, Becky (Bob) Schwartz of Bluffton, and Connie (Michael) Graham of Bluffton; Three brothers, Dave (Tori) Walburn of Fort Wayne, IN, Rich Walburn of Bluffton, and Jim (Lora) Walburn of Bluffton. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be Saturday, October 25, 2014, from 2:00 until 8:00 P.M., at Goodwin - Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton. Services will be held Sunday, October 26, at 2:00 P.M., at the funeral home, with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Mark Cleaveland will be officiating. Burial will be at Six Mile Cemetery in Bluffton. An evening of "Pray, Hope, Believe", celebrating Carol's life will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, October 24, 2014, at The Bridge Community Church in Berne. Memorial contributions may be given to Carol Timmons Memorial Missions and Scholarship Fund.
