Bryan Wayne Hudkins, 57, of Virginia Beach, died Wednesday at his niece's residence in Ossian. He was born March 14, 1956, in Virginia Beach to William L. and Francis Horne Hudkins. He is survived by two brothers, Richard Hudkins of Westover, Md., and William (Louan) Hudkins of Virginia Beach; a sister, Dianna (Jerry) Taff of Knotts Island, N.C.; and a niece, Stacy (Terry) Drottz of Ossian.
