Charlene was born in Dayton, OH on August 30, 1932, to Charles B. and Grace Pearl (Baumgartner) Baller, she married William T. Stotlar in Bluffton, IN , in 1975; he preceded her in death in 1986.

Charlene retired in 2010 after many years as a waitress at The American Legion Post 111, Bowman's Restaurant, and Maudie's Restaurant in Bluffton, IN.

Charlene was a member of the Moose Lodge #242, Eagles Lodge and American Legion Post 111 of Bluffton, IN. She enjoyed playing bingo, Texas Hold'em, and attending garage sales. Charlene collected frog figurines, and loved to go fishing. She enjoyed mushroom hunting.

She is survived by two daughters, Angie (Kurt) Beer of Bluffton, Pam (Gary) Manning of Ossian, IN ; two sons, Denny (Becky) Satterfield of Uniondale, IN; and T.J. (Kathy) Stotlar of Bluffton, IN; 10 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brother, Vic, J.D., Cloyce and Charles Jacob Baller Jr. and one sister, Madge White.

A service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton, with Tony Robles officiating.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday Sept. 19, 2017 at the funeral home, and Wednesday 9:00 AM until service time. Burial will take place in the Six Mile Cemetery in Bluffton. Memorials are to Donor's Choice.
