Anna Jane Murray, 89, formerly of Bluffton, passed away Nov. 22, 2015, at Lutheran Life Village in Fort Wayne.
Anna was born Sept. 9, 1926, in Carlisle, Ind., to Raymond McCammon and Maude M. Walters McCammon.  She married Homer H. Murray June 14, 1948; he preceded her in death Oct. 13, 1972.
She graduated from Carlisle High School and earned her English degree from the University of Illinois. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, David (Sarah) Murray of Delaware and Pierre C. (Sue) Murray of Indianapolis; a daughter, Laura (Rev. Paul) Zimmerman of Fort Wayne; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Esther Schinbeckler of Plainfield and Ruby Atkins of Garden City, S.C.
She was preceded in death by one grandchild.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at Goodwin-Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel with Rev. Roger Olson officiating. Calling hours are noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
