Alice Vaughn, 92, of Bluffton, passed away Friday morning, Feb. 9, 2018, at Signature Healthcare in Bluffton.

Born in Harlan, KY, on Mar. 8, 1925, Alice married Bill Vaughn in Harlan, KY, on Oct. 19, 1953.  Bill preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 2000.

Survivors include four sons, Harvey (Sheryl) Hilton of Geneva, Bruce (Alberta) Hilton of Bluffton, John (Sabrina) Vaughn of Hartford City, and Jack (Denise) Vaughn of Ft. Wayne; a daughter, Ludie (Marc) Everetts of Bluffton; along with 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.

Alice was preceded in death by a son, Otis Hilton; three daughters, Patricia Hilton, Martha Hilton, and Sandy Vaughn Harshman; four brothers; two sisters; and two grandsons.

Private family graveside services are being held at Six Mile Cemetery in Bluffton.  Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
